Vivian Tian (China)


	Postgraduates from Swiss Hotel Management School in 2005, Vivian Tian is the first female Certified Sommelier in Mainland. She has been working with Hilton Beijing, Peninsula Hong Kong, KEE Club and Waldorf Astoria Shanghai as Sommelier or Chief Sommelier. She is running her own wine consulting company now.
